Craft County’s Dye Your Own Macrame Kit comes with your choice of dye color and your size of rope. You have a variety of colors and two different sizes to choose from. You can use this dye on cotton, linen, silk, wool, and nylon. You can even dye wood, wicker, paper, and cork for more DIY fun! The kit comes with 1/2 inch ( 80 Feet) or 1/4 inch ( 225 Feet) which can be dyed and turn into unique home and office decor, holiday or party celebration decor, and much more! Our macrame rope is 100% made from cotton and will dye nicely with this Rit Liquid Dye.
Pre-wash fabric to remove any stains or finishes on the fabric. For every pound of dry fabric then you will use 1/2 bottle (4 ounces) of dye with 3 gallons of the hottest water that is safe for fabric. Must have enough water to let the fabric move freely around and to get a darker color or a more intense color, double the dye quantity.
